I have livestock that needs water. This is unacceptable.

Water from the Centerville Deuel Creek Irrigation Company is for the irrigation of lawns, landscape plants and crops only. You need to find another source of water for your livestock. We are lucky to have a contractor already working in town that will most likely be willing to work on this leak. The fact that this is in the State Road Right of Way adds additional requirements and they will decide when and where we can dig.

We have zero irrigation water most of the day. We do not have enough pressure any time of day to run the sprinklers adequately. We are located in southeast Centerville.

This is ridiculous. We paid so much this year and we are already a week and a half without the use of what we paid for. I f the work isn't even starting until Wednesday we are gonna be 3 weeks without a paid for service. There should be some sort of compensation, especially if vegetables, flowers and lawns are dying.

This is ridiculous. Who is going to pay for my plants that haven't been watered for over a week!!! You owe it to your customers to keep us informed as to progress on addressing this problem.

Several different issues are being combined in these posts. Without more information on location we cannot determine where these are occurring.

Yes it is an inconvenience to be without water, yes it cost more this year, and yes my grass is suffering, but we are all so blessed to have secondary water. I would not want to pay culinary rates for my acre, nor would I like to haul water. Let’s all just be patient and have trust that they are doing the best they can.

Our entire cul-de-sac has extremely weak pressure. My sprinkler head water circumference is 8-10”. It should be around 24”. 514 Windsor Court. We have cleaned our filters. This is s bigger problem. We hope it is resolved soon. Comments are closed.
