Drought Response
ALL SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO REDUCE WATER USE AT LEAST 20% FROM 2025 USAGES.
Our area is experiencing varying degrees of drought. The local snowpack has melted out and Deuel creek is flowing at levels typically seen the first week in July. The Weber Basin Water Conservancy District has cut our contracts 20% this year and they reserve the right to adjust to a 40% cut as the water year progresses. Contracted water use can begin May 15 and water delivery will end on September 15. Local sources are not sufficient to keep the reservoir full without supplemental contracted water. If the shareholders conserve as they have in the past when asked, we will be able to deliver water until September 15, 2026. When our contracted water is used up delivery will end for 2026.
We will begin flushing and filling the secondary water system on May 11th. Pressurized water service should start by May 16th.

CONSTRUCTION IMPACTS
The 2025‐2026 replacement of main lines and service laterals on 400 East from 100 South to Pages Lane and then West on Pages Lane to 300 East is 99% completed.
Meters will be installed throughout our system in 2026. Notices will be delivered prior to this work. There will be local outages during installation.
